Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6718x-396LF Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are wide-band LNAs with superior gain flatness and exceptional linearity. These LNAs are designed for TDD and FDD infrastructure systems operating from 400MHz to 6000MHz. The SKY6718x-396LF amplifiers incorporate an internal active bias circuitry that provides stable performance over temperature and process variation. Typical applications include active antenna array and massive MIMO, receive LNA for micro-cell, macro-cell, and small-cell base-stations, land mobile-radios, and military-communications.
