Skyworks SKY67181-396LF Broadband High-Gain Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) is a wide-band low-noise amplifier with superior gain flatness and exceptional linearity. The compact 2mm x 2mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead packaged LNA is designed for 4G LTE and 5G NR infrastructure systems operating from 3300 to 5000MHz. The internal active bias circuitry of the Skyworks SKY67181-396LF provides stable performance over temperature and process variation.
