Infineon Technologies TLF42772ELXUMA2 Linear Voltage Regulator
Infineon TLF42772ELXUMA2 Linear Voltage Regulator is a monolithic Low Drop Out (LDO) voltage regulator with an integrated current monitor capable of supplying loads of up to 300mA. This voltage regulator provides 5V to 12V adjustable output voltage range for an input voltage of up to 40V. The TLF42772ELXUMA2 linear voltage regulator features overvoltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent detection that are monitored and indicated at the current sense output. The integrated current monitor provides diagnosis and system protection functionality. This voltage regulator offers maximum adjustable output current limitation that provides additional protection to the connected load.
The TLF42772ELXUMA2 linear voltage regulator exhibits very low current consumption and very low dropout voltage with protection for fault conditions. This voltage regulator comes in a PG-SSOP14 EP package that also provides enhanced thermal performance. The TLF42772ELXUMA2 linear voltage regulator is an ideal companion IC to supply active antennas for car infotainment applications and can be readily used with a majority of standard active antennas such as FM/AM, DAB, XM, and SIRIUS.
