Infineon Technologies BTS50010-1TAE Smart High-Side Switch

Infineon Technologies BTS50010-1TAE Smart High-Side Switch is designed to drive currents up to 40A DC in 12V systems. The BTS50010-1TAE features an RDS(ON) down to 1.0mΩ, and is housed in a D2PAK (PG-TO263-7). The device has benchmark energy robustness and an inrush current capability of up to 250A that supports motorcycle and scooter requirements for starters. BTS50010-1TAE addresses automotive, industrial, and consumer applications like lawnmowers, chainsaws, and any load with harsh switching demands.
