Littelfuse AQ1250-01ETG Unidirectional TVS Diode offers a 0.1µA maximum reverse leakage current, 5.5V breakdown voltage, and 118pF capacitance. This diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV without any performance degradation and can safely dissipate a 50A 8/20µs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition.
