AQ1250-01ETG Unidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ1250-01ETG Unidirectional TVS Diode offers a 0.1µA maximum reverse leakage current, 5.5V breakdown voltage, and 118pF capacitance. This diode can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV without any performance degradation and can safely dissipate a 50A 8/20µs surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition. Littelfuse AQ1250-01ETG Unidirectional TVS Diode is ideal for test equipment, medical equipment, computer peripherals, and batteries.

Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 400W (SZ1SMA) to 3000W (TPSMD).
