FOD83xx Optoplanar® Gate Drive Optocouplers

onsemi FOD83xx Optoplanar® Gate Drive Optocouplers are advanced 2.5A output current gate drive optocouplers, capable of driving medium power IGBT/MOSFETs. These optocouplers employ coplanar packaging technology, Optoplanar®, and optimized IC design. The FOD83xx optocouplers also provide an extended industrial temperature range of -40 to +100ºC, and are ideally suited for fast switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in industrial inverter applications and high performance power systems.
