EBC10296 & EBC10320 SSR + GaN SIPs
Renesas / Dialog EBC10296 and EBC10320 SSR + GaN System-In-Packages (SIPs) are a combo solution of SSR + GaN with up to 100W power design. The EBC10296 SIP supports zero-standby power at <5mW with no load PD3.2. The EBC10320 SIP supports standby power <75mW at no load. The EBC10296 SIP meets the <0.3W pin requirement at Pout 0.15W and features RRW22111+PS238-1+iW610+RRW30110. The EBC10320 SIP achieves >94% efficiency at full load and supports third-party protocol IC/TL431 feedback.
