QPA3908 GaN Power Amplifier Module

Qorvo QPA3908 3700MHz to 3980MHz 8W GaN Power Amplifier Module is a fully integrated two-stage Doherty power amplifier module for massive MIMO applications. The QPA3908 provides 8W RMS output spanning a 3.7GHz to 3.98GHz frequency range. The device features a 50Ω input/output and +48V drain voltage. The QPA3908 combines a driver and Doherty final stage providing high power and added efficiency at 8W average power.
