QPA9122 2.3GHZ to 5.0GHZ 0.5W Driver Amplifiers
Qorvo QPA9122 2.3GHZ to 5.0GHZ 0.5W Driver Amplifiers are wideband, high gain, and high peak power driver amplifiers. The Qorvo QPA9122 offers 37dB gain at 2.6GHz with a peak power of 27dBm P3dB. These devices have a current of 95mA that provides good digital pre-distortion (DPD) with up to 160MHz instantaneous bandwidth (IBW), making the components ideal for m-MIMO applications. The QPA9122 is internally matched to 50Ω over the operating frequency band of 2.3GHz to 5.0GHz and features a shut-down function through the VPD pin. Qorvo QPA9122 2.3GHZ to 5.0GHZ, 0.5W Driver Amplifiers are available in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm SMT package.
