ReFLEX CES Zeus Zynq^® UltraScale+™ MPSoC System-on-Module is based on the Xilinx^® UltraScale™ MPSoC architecture. The Zeus SoMs integrate a 64-bit quad-core A53 and dual-core ARM Cortex-R5-based processing system (PS) and Xilinx programmable logic (PL) UltraScale architecture in a single device. The Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC FPGA has been selected for its unparalleled performance, as well as for its lower system power architecture. The SoM was designed for high precision measurement, artificial intelligence, radar systems, software-defined radio, and "customizable" markets.
