Maxim IC MAX232多通道RS-232驅動器/接收器

Maxim MAX232多通道RS-232驅動器/接收器是採用+5V供電的裝置，適用於所有EIA/TIA-232E和V.28/V.24通訊介面，特別是在無法使用±12V的時候。Maxim IC MAX232採用四個1.0µF外接電容器，數據傳輸率為120kbps。MAX232A設有0.1µF的外接電容器，並具備200-kbps數據傳輸率。提供±15kV ESD保護的MAX232E專為在嚴酷環境中使用的RS-232和V.28通訊應用而設計。Maxim MAX232多通道RS-232驅動器/接收器亦設有低功率關閉模式，將功率耗散降至低於5µW。典型應用包括便攜式電腦、低功耗數據機、接口轉換、電池供電RS-232系統以及多點連接RS-232網路。
