AD7383/AD7384 16-/14-Bit SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD7383/AD7384 16-/14-Bit SAR ADCs are pin-compatible devices capable of dual simultaneous sampling, high speed, low power, and successive approximation register (SAR). The 16-bit AD7383 and the 14-bit AD7384 have an operating power supply from 3.0V to 3.6V and offer throughput rates up to 4MSPS. The analog input type is pseudo differential and is sampled and converted on the falling edge of CS.
