TDK InvenSense IAM-20381 3-Axis MotionTracking Accelerometer offers on-chip 16-bit ADCs, a 1.71VDD to 3.6VDD voltage range, and I2C and SPI serial interfaces. This accelerometer has a user-programmable accelerometer full-scale range of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. TDK InvenSense IAM-20381 3-Axis MotionTracking Accelerometer is ideal for automotive applications and comes in a small 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm package.
