Vishay / Dale IHLP-2020CZ-01系列IHLP®電感器

Vishay/Dale已擴大其薄型高電流IHLP®電感器產品系列，增添電感值界乎0.10µH至15.0µH的IHLP-2020CZ-01系列。Vishay/Dale薄型高電流電感器 IHLP系列具有屏蔽式結構，頻率範圍高達5.0MHz，能抵受高瞬變電流衝擊而不出現飽和現象。Vishay/Dale薄型高電流電感器 IHLP具有最低DCR/µH的封裝尺寸：6767、5050、4040、3232、2525、2020和1616。由於使用複合式結構，這些電感器發出的嗡嗡聲噪音超低。符合限制有害物質(RoHS)規定之2002/95/EC指令。此外，亦提供VishayIHLP 6767GZ系列電感器，它同樣是Vishay Super 12系列產品，具有達到155ºC的高額定溫度。
