Vishay Semiconductors VCUT0714BHD1 Bidirectional Asymmetrical (BiAs) ESD Protection Diodes are designed to clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to the ground. These diodes are connected between the signal or data line and the ground to provide high isolation within the specified working voltage range. Vishay VCUT0714BHD1 BiAs ESD Protection Diodes feature low line inductance, which helps in clamping fast transients like an ESD strike with minimal overshoots and undershoots. These diodes are available in an ultra-compact DFN1006-2A.
