Toshiba TCR3UG Series Low-Dropout Regulators

Toshiba TCR3UG Series Extremely Low-Quiescent, Low-Dropout Regulators for Wearables and IoT applications offer a fast load transient and voltage regulation up to 300mA CMOS in an ultra-small package. The TCR3UG Series provides outstanding quiescent currents of <0.7uA in a small package size of 0.65mm x 0.65mm making it ideal for maximizing Li-ion battery life in wearable and IoT applications, saving cost and space. 

When powering "always-on systems" or maintaining "standby mode", the low IQ current (0.38μA typical) can preserve the single-cell Li-ion battery life. Other features include Over-current protection, Thermal Shutdown function, and an Auto-discharge option. The TCR3UG delivers excellent performance without sacrificing PSRR (70dB) and transient response (<60mV).
