STMicroelectronics STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes
STMicroelectronics STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes are 200V, dual 5A diodes ideal for applications requiring optimized forward voltage drop (VF) and reverse recovery characteristics. The STTH1002CSx series is also ideal for use in secondary rectification functions, such as high-frequency DC-to-DC converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and lighting applications. STMicroelectronics STTH1002CSx Ultrafast Recovery Diodes feature high surge current capability, low losses, low forward and reverse recovery time, and a high maximum junction temperature. These diodes are offered in a compact PSMC (TO-277A) package, and the STTH1002CSFY variant is AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.Features
