Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85716-11 Front-End Module
Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY85716-11 Front-End Module (FEM) is a highly integrated 802.11n/ac module. This FEM incorporates a 5GHz Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) transmit/receive (T/R) switch, a 5GHz Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA). The SKY85716-11 Front-End Module enables/disable the function that allows power savings during off mode. This FEM features an integrated positive slope logarithmic power detector, high-power and power-save mode, 30dB transmit gain, and 11dB receive gain. The SKY85716-11 FEM is available in a 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package and 2.3mm x 2.3mm x 0.33mm dimensions. Typical applications include WiFi-enable handsets, tablets, mobile/portable systems, smartphones, and tablets.
