Silicon Labs Si4313 RF Receivers

Silicon Labs Si4313 RF Receivers are single-ended GFSK/FSK/OOK receivers that feature continuous frequency operation over 240MHz to 960MHz and receive sensitivity of up to -118dBm. These receivers also feature a simplified SPI MCU interface for radio customization and enhanced performance. The Si4313 receivers enable low system power consumption by offloading a number of RF-related activities from the system MCU and also extending MCU sleep periods. Additional features like an automatic wake-up timer, 64-byte RX FIFO, and a preamble detection circuit are also available.​ Silicon Labs Si4313 RF receivers offer excellent receiver performance in cost-sensitive radio applications.
