Silicon Labs Si4330 EZRadioPRO® ISM Receivers
Silicon Labs Si4330 EZRadioPRO® ISM Receivers are low-power and highly sensitive OOK/FSK/GFSK receivers. These ICs are intended for applications requiring FCC or ETSI conformance for unlicensed use between 240MHz and 960MHz. The Si4330 receiver ICs offer a sensitivity of -117dBm and a diversity of embedded antenna algorithms. These ISM receivers provide features that reduce the system BOM, such as a wake-up timer, low-battery detector, 64-byte receive FIFO, power-on reset circuit, and general-purpose digital I/Os. The Si4330 wireless ICs incorporate a high-performance ADC and digital modem, which perform demodulation, filtering, and packet handling in the digital domain. Silicon Labs Si4330 EZRadioPRO ISM Receivers are ideal for high-volume production in applications where small size and low cost are important.Features
