Sensirion SHT3x-ARP Humidity & Temperature Sensor ICs

SHT3x-ARP Humidity and Temperature Sensor ICs offer increased intelligence, reliability, and improved accuracy specifications compared to previous humidity and temperature sensors. The SHT3x-ARP is built around the CMOSens® sensor chip, the heart of the humidity and temperature platform. The sensor chip uses CMOSens® technology resulting in high process capabilities, high signal-to-noise ratio, and long-term stability.

A comprehensive supply voltage range assures compatibility with diverse assembly situations of 2.4V to 5.5V. The device functionality has a parallel temperature and humidity measurement at separate pins, enhancing signal processing. The small footprint of 2.5mm2 with a height of 0.9mm in a DFN package allows for integration into various applications.
