ROHM Semiconductor BM1422AGMV Digital Magnetometer IC

ROHM Semiconductor BM1422AGMV Digital Magnetometer IC is a 3-axis magnetic sensor with Magneto-Impedance (MI) elements. These MI elements detect a magnetic field and control IC in a small package. The ROHM Semiconductor BM1422AGMV digital magnetometer IC features a 12-bit or 14-bit digital output, 1.7V to 3.6V input voltage range, 0.15mA operating current, and 0.042µT/LSB magnetic sensitivity. This digital magnetometer IC operates from a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and supports a -40°C to 125°C storage temperature range. The BM1422AGMV IC is available in MLGA010V020A package with 2mm x 2mm x 1mm dimensions. This digital magnetometer IC is ideal for wristwatches, mobile phones, and smartphones.
