Renesas Electronics RL78/L12 16-Bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-power, high-performance MCUs with an integrated Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) controller. The RL78/L12 MCUs are designed to greatly reduce current consumption in products equipped with small LCD panels, such as portable appliances, healthcare devices, building management systems, and industrial applications that require improved user interfaces and ultimate low power. These devices also include an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), a multifunction timer, serial interfaces, a real-time count, a watchdog timer, and other peripheral components.Features
