Qorvo TGA2224 Wide Band MMIC Power Amplifier
Qorvo TGA2224 Wide Band MMIC Power Amplifier produces greater than 37dBm (5W) saturated output power and 16dB large-signal gain making the device ideal for commercial and military systems. The Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) amplifier is fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15μm Gallium nitride (GaN) on silicon carbide process (QGaN15). TGA2224 produces power and gain while achieving greater than 20% power-added efficiency. TGA2224 has a 32GHz to 38GHz frequency range and can support a wide range of operating conditions. The TGA2224 radio frequency ports are direct current coupled to the ground for improved electrostatic discharge performance. Both ports are matched to 50Ω.Features
