Qorvo TQP3M9018 & TQP3M9019 High Linearity LNAs

Qorvo TQP3M9018 and TQP3M9019 High Linearity Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) are cascadable gain block amplifiers in a compact, surface-mount package. These devices feature high gain across a broad range of frequencies while also providing very low noise. This allows them to be used in both receiver and transmitter chains for high performance systems. The TQP3M9018 and TQP3M9019 are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT process and only requires an external RF choke and blocking / bypass capacitors for operation from a single +5V supply. The internal active bias circuit also enables stable operation over bias and temperature variations.

The Qorvo TQP3M9018 and TQP3M9019 High Linearity LNAs cover the 0.02GHz to 4.0GHz frequency band and are targeted for wireless infrastructure or other applications requiring high linearity and low noise figure. These devices are offered in a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN16 package, ideal for space-constrained designs.
