Qorvo QPA1019 GaN Power Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA1019 GaN Power Amplifiers are designed to cover 4.5GHz to 7GHz frequency range and provide greater than 10W saturated output power. These power amplifiers have bias flexibility that allows users to vary the voltage to achieve ideal system performance. This bias flexibility is made possible by packaging the QPA1019 power amplifiers in a plastic overmold QFN with a Cu paddle offering good thermal properties. Qorvo QPA1019 GaN Power Amplifiers feature an integrated power detector, 19dB of large signal gain, high reliability, and good thermal characteristics. Typical applications include radar and satellite communication systems.
