Qorvo ACT88321 Advanced Power Management IC (PMIC)
Qorvo ACT88321 Advanced Power Management IC (PMIC) features three bucks, two LDOs, and load bypass switches in an integrated ActiveCiPS™ power management IC. The Qorvo ACT88321 powers various processors, including solid-state drive applications, video processors, FPGAs, wearables, peripherals, and microcontrollers. The ACT88321 is designed for SSD and FPGA applications. The ACT88321 Advanced PMIC is highly flexible and can be reconfigured via I2C for multiple applications without PCB changes. The low external component count and high configurability significantly speed time to market. Examples of configurable options include output voltage, startup time, slew rate, system-level sequencing, switching frequency, sleep modes, and operating modes. The Qorvo ACT88321 PMIC is available in a 2.18mm x 2.58mm 30-ball WLCSP package.
