Panasonic EZJZ/EZJP Multilayer Varistors for ESD Pulse are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer excellent ESD suppression through the use of original advanced material technology. These devices have an excellent electrostatic resistance that meets IEC61000-4-2 and ISO10605. The varistors feature lead-free plating terminal electrodes that enable great solderability. Panasonic EZJZ/EZJP Varistors can replace two Zener diodes and one capacitor. The EZJZ Series includes varistors with low capacitance for high-speed signal lines and RF antennas. The EZJP Series features low-voltage varistors for general circuits.
