Graphite Thermal Interface Material (TIM) is easy to install and offers high reliability and low thermal resistance because one side has a smoother surface, providing enhanced thermal contact. Graphite TIM features high compressibility by effectively filling the voids between the heating device and the cooling device for better heat transfer, reliability because of high heat resistance and chemical resistance, and workability due to easy installation without complicated processes. Environments and applications suitable for Graphite TIM include EV chargers that require higher reliability because of heat generated when rapid charging.
