Panasonic Industrial Devices AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS® are relays that offer a space-saving design with low on-resistance, high sensitivity, and low off-state leakage current. This series includes a model with an expanded 5A 200V_DC switching capacity, enabling usage in power generation and battery storage applications. The high-capacity type power PhotoMOS modules can switch a wide range of currents and voltages and control various types of loads, from small loads to a maximum of 10A DC current for sequencers, motors, and lamps. The triac, photocoupler, and SSR cannot be used to control signals of less than several hundred mV. Panasonic AQZ High Capacity PhotoMOS features extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion.
