Nexperia BZX8850S-Q Voltage Regulator Diodes
Nexperia BZX8850S-Q Voltage Regulator Diodes offer compact voltage regulation for high-density circuits. These low-current devices operate at a 1.8V to 75.0V wide voltage range with a maximum 200mA forward current. Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The Side-Wettable Flanks (SWF) of the DFN package improve shear forces and board bending capabilities and enable visible solder joints to be inspected post soldering. These devices are AEC-Q101 qualified for use in automotive applications.
