YAGEO CE X5R Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

YAGEO CE X5R Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors are embedded Class 2 capacitors with a capacitance range of 10nF to 220nF. These capacitors save space for module assembly and ensure good electrical bonding. The CE ceramic capacitors offer customization of thickness and termination dimensions for the purpose of embedding them into substrates under the ICs. These capacitors permit reduction of parasitic inductance, ensure excellent electrical advanced resonance, and use Cu termination technologies. The construction of capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are present. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The CE ceramic capacitors feature ±10% and ±20% capacitance tolerance, ≤10% Dissipation Factor (DF), and ±15% maximum capacitance change as a function of temperature. These capacitors operate within the -55°C to 85°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Typical applications include IC design and modules.
