Wolfspeed DM SiC Half-Bridge Modules

Wolfspeed's DM SiC Half-Bridge Modules offer high-current capability in a very low mass and low volume form factor. These modules allow designers to develop high-power density silicon carbide converters for weight and space-constrained applications. The DM modules also feature rugged interconnects and high-reliability power substrates to address demanding markets. The DM4 module includes Gen 4 technology that reduces the cosmic FIT rate for operations at higher altitudes. Typical applications include e-mobility inverters, EV chargers, high-efficiency converters/inverters, and renewable energy.
