Vishay Semiconductors TCMT111x Phototransistor Output Optocoupler
Vishay Semiconductors TCMT111x Single Channel Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4-pin package. These devices have an AC isolation test voltage of 3750VRMS and a low coupling capacitance of 0.3pF (typ.). The Vishay Semiconductors TCMT111x operates in a wide ambient temperature range (Tamb) of -40°C to +110°C and a current transfer ratio (CTR) that is selected in different groups by part number.
