Vishay XClampR™ Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay XClampR™ Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment against voltage transients. The XClampR TVS series offers low maximum clamping voltages and low clamping ratios of 1 or 1.08 compared to 1.4 for conventional TVS, enabling high peak pulse currents in a DO-218AB package. Vishay XClampR Transient Voltage Suppressors are AEC-Q101 qualified, lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. These bidirectional devices are ideal for a variety of applications, including automotive, telecom systems, computers, industrial robot arms, lighting, and sensitive electronics protection.
