Featuring ultra-low RDS(ON) and TrenchFET® technology, this device is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Vishay / Siliconix SQJQ410EL SQ Automotive Power MOSFET is offered in a compact, thermally enhanced PowerPAK® 8 x 8L package, which is 75% thinner and 55% smaller than the D2PAK package.
