Vishay Semiconductors SOD-523 ESD Protection Diodes offer a small, compact package with AEC-Q101 qualifications. Vishay SOD-523 Diodes provide 1-line ESD protection, both unidirectional and bi-directional. The devices are in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2, featuring ±30/15kV contact discharge and ±30/15kV air discharge. The SOD-523 ESD Protection Diodes feature a working range of 1V, 3V, 5V, 8V, 12V, 16V, 26V, 33V and a low leakage current of <0.1μA. The devices are ideal for communication systems, data lines, and CAN bus protection applications.
