Vishay Semiconductors SiP2204 Quad Channel Monolithic Power Stage

Vishay Semiconductors SiP2204 Quad Channel Monolithic Power Stage is designed for multi-phase synchronous buck applications. The Vishay Semiconductors SiP2204 supports switching frequencies up to 10MHz per channel, offering high power density ideal for envelope tracking power supplies in 4G base station RF amplifiers. Packaged in a compact QFN32 (5mm x 5mm), it handles input voltages up to 24V and provides 500mA continuous current per channel. The SiP2204 features four independent MOSFET gate driver ICs compatible with 3.3V and 5V PWM inputs.
