Vishay N-Channel 60V/100V (D-S) MOSFET PowerPAK
Vishay N-Channel 60V and 100V (D-S) MOSFETs feature TrenchFET® Gen IV technology, low on-resistance, and extremely low thermal resistance. These devices also feature a very low gate charge and output charge, reducing power loss and improving efficiency. The compact 6.15mm x 5.13mm PowerPAK® SO-8 package offers a space-saving alternative to conventional TO-220 and TO-263 solutions.
