Vishay High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers
Vishay High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers utilize a highly efficient input LED coupled with an integrated optical photodiode IC detector in DIP-6 and SMD-6 packages. These Vishay 1MBd high-speed optocouplers feature an open collector transistor output with Schmitt-Trigger functionality for easy integration into digital systems. The Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers offer guaranteed On/Off threshold hysteresis and minimum common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 10kV/μs. The 3V to 15V wide power supply range of these optocouplers enable isolated level shifting in applications that use different voltage domains.The High-Speed Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers exhibit 2MHz high data rate (NRZ) and maximum rated withstand isolation voltage of 5000VRMS. Typical applications include programmable logic controllers, ground loop elimination, galvanic noise isolation, serial bus systems, signal level translation, and switch mode power supplies.
