Optek / TT Electronics OMH High-Reliability Hallogic® Hall Effect Sensors
Optek / TT Electronics OMH090, OMH3075, and OMH3040 High-Reliability Hallogic® Hall Effect Sensors are monolithic integrated circuits that incorporate a Hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger on a single silicon chip. These sensors feature an on-chip bandgap voltage regulator that operates across a broad supply-voltage range while providing a logic-level output. The OMH devices are capable of sinking up to 21mA, allowing them to directly drive more than seven TTL loads or any standard logic family with a constant output amplitude from DC to over 200kHz.
These Hallogic Hall effect sensors from Optek / TT Electronics operate over an extended -55°C to +150°C temperature range, ideal for harsh environments, including military and space applications. The robust ceramic package with a through-hole lead configuration is designed for long-term mechanical stability. The B and S versions are specifically processed and screened to MIL-STD-883 standards, ensuring high reliability for demanding aerospace and defense-grade sensing systems.
