Trenz Electronic TE0715-05-71I33-A system-on-a-chip (SoC) Module is an industrial-grade AMD/Xilinx Zynq™ 7030 System on Module. This module includes 4 MGT Links, a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, 1GByte DDR3L SDRAM, 32MByte QSPI flash memory for configuration and operation, and robust switch-mode power supplies. The TE0715-05-71I33-A module features a transceiver clock (default 125MHz), temperature compensated Real-Time Clock (RTC), and a USB 2.0 high-speed ULPI transceiver. This device provides a plug-on module with 2 x 100-pin and 1 x 60-pin razor beam high-speed hermaphroditic terminal/socket strips (regular 4mm). The TE0715-05-71I33-A SoC module is available in a tiny footprint with a 4cm x 5cm form factor. This device is ideal for industrial applications and operates from -40°C to 85°C temperature range.Features
