Texas Instruments TAS5802 2×22W Class-D Audio Amplifier

Texas Instruments TAS5802 2×22W Digital Input Class-D Audio Amplifier drives loudspeakers in consumer, commercial, and industrial electronics. The device is highly flexible, allowing operation with various control methods, power supply configurations, and audio I/O arrangements.

The Texas Instruments TAS5802 high-performance closed-loop architecture and wide-switching frequency range reduce the solution size by reducing passive components and eliminating most applications' inductor + capacitor (LC) filters. Advanced electromagnetic interference (EMI) reduction techniques allow excellent electromagnetic compliance (EMC) performance, even when used with ferrite bead + capacitor (BC) filters. Several power consumption methods have been implemented to minimize idle power consumption (IPC).
