Texas Instruments SN74HCS27/SN74HCS27-Q1 Triple 3-Input NOR Gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs feature a 2V to 6V wide operating voltage range and a low power current of ±100nA. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A + B + C in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74HCS27-Q1 Automotive NOR Gates are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
