Texas Instruments RES21A Resistor Networks
Texas Instruments RES21A Resistor Networks are matched pairs of resistive dividers implemented in a thin-film SiCr high-performance analog CMOS process. These devices have a nominal input resistance of 10kΩ, supporting higher divider voltages than the RES11A, and are available in several nominal ratios. The RES21A networks feature high-ratio matching precision, with the measured ratio of each divider within ±0.05% (±500ppm) of the nominal. These resistor networks are specified to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The RES21A devices are offered in an 8‑pin, SOT‑23-THIN package with a body size of 2.9mm x 1.6mm. These resistor networks are ideal for precision voltage dividers, precision level translation, amplifier gain and attenuation configuration, and pinpoint comparator threshold settings.
