Texas Instruments ADS9110 18-Bit SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter

Texas Instruments ADS9110 18-Bit SAR Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is an 18-bit, 2MSPS, successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. It comes with ±0.5LSB INL and 100dB SNR specifications under typical operating conditions. The high throughput enables developers to oversample the input signal to improve the dynamic range and accuracy of the measurement. The device supports unipolar, fully differential analog input signals and operates with a 2.5V to 5V external reference, offering a wide selection of input ranges without additional input scaling. The device consumes only 15mW of power when operating at the full 2MSPS throughput. Power consumption at lower throughputs can be reduced by using the flexible low-power modes (NAP and PD). The integrated multiSPI serial interface is backward-compatible to the traditional SPI™ protocol.
