TE Connectivity / Measurement Specialties 8XH High-Accuracy Media-Isolated Pressure Sensors

TE Connectivity's (TE) / Measurement Specialties 8XH High-Accuracy Media-Isolated Pressure Sensors integrate a MEMS die, an ASIC, and passive components within an isolated oil‑filled cavity. By utilizing the MEMS bridge resistance to measure both temperature and pressure in the same thermal environment, the 8XH sensors deliver precise on‑site temperature data for compensation, achieving excellent initial accuracy and strong EMC performance. In digital mode, the 8XH series provides simultaneous pressure and temperature outputs.

Factory‑calibrated and ISO‑packaged, TE Connectivity's 8XH series supports gauge, vacuum gauge, and absolute pressure measurements across a wide range from 5 psi to 1500 psi. It offers both amplified analog output and digital output options, with digital communication supported through the I2C protocol and selectable update modes.
