TDK CGA汽車用MLCC
TDK的CGA系列多層陶瓷晶片電容器(MLCC)符合AEC-Q200規定。TDK的CGA系列MLCC使用經過測試且穩定的製程，並接受更嚴格的檢測，以保證更高的可靠性。這些電容器適用於高達50V的普通電壓、高達630V的中等電壓，以及高達150°C的工作溫度。此外，更薄的陶瓷介電層與多層技術使這些電容器具有較高的電容量。此系列採用標準、柔性（軟）和導電性樹脂端子。GA系列適用於多種應用，包括汽車動力傳動系統和安全設備、智慧型電錶、電源供應器、傳感器模塊，以及可靠性/安全性更高的應用。
