TDK MLK Multilayer Ceramic Inductors

TDK MLK Multilayer Ceramic Inductors use a giga-spiral laminated structure to reach a self-resonant frequency higher than that of the MLG structure while limiting the decrease of Q in the GHz band. The monolithic structure is formed using a multilayering and sintering process with ceramic and conductive materials for high-frequency. These inductors are available in 0603 (0.6mm x 0.6mm x 0.03mm) and 1005 (1.0mm x 0.5mm x 0.5mm) package sizes with available inductances of 1.1µH, 11µH, and 100µH. The MLK inductors from TDK can operate in temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C.
